MOA: Dinner & Golf

MOA has much to offer, but I have never really seen it as a date night destination, it actually has a lot of fun activities to create a unique date night, we will be going back to try some different activities.

This night included dinner at Cedar + Stone, Urban Table with an added adventure at Moose Mountain.

Entering in from the mall we thought Cedar + Stone was a small quaint place until we realized it is directly attached to JW Marriott, and quickly realized it was huge.   A good dinner destination for couples with a unique ambiance and dimmed lights, the place was filled with couples enjoying a nice evening out.  Our favorite was the MN Cheddar Cornbread and my drink of choice, The Cedar Ave.   Eric of course had to order dessert, Hazelnut Sponge Cake.   A little on the spending side, but a nice experience with great service.Cedar Ave

If you have not done the Golf Adventure at Moose Mountain, it’s straight up the escalator from Cedar + Stone, and you ought to give this a try at least once.   It’s a quick 18 hole game with a lot of short runs.  If your husband has a hard time holding a conversation over dinner, trying do so over golf, he may just surprise you.

Location: Mall of America, Cedar + Stone Level 1, Golf Adventure Level 3
